Elliott Eye Doctors - Norton

I love this place! I’ve seen every doctor now and I can say that they are all so genuine and fabulous at their jobs. Every time I go it’s a quick in and out with barely any wait time and the staff is always super nice. The opticians also take their time with you to ensure that you choose the perfect pair of glasses. Everyone is so kind 10/10 experience!!

Erica at the Norton office was nothing short of fantastic! I use a motorized wheelchair and she was so accommodating with moving furniture and helping me have access. She was also super attentive to what it was I was looking for - helping me find glasses within my price range and preferred style. She didn't mind helping me try on as many as I wanted until I found my perfect pair! I never felt like I was bothering her. In fact I felt like she was my friend. I had so much fun trying on different styles w her & seeing what she thought! Will definitely be back anytime I need glasses! 10/10 would recommend! I had to come back and do another review because another super nice girl assisted me picking out my new glasses! I'll add her name when I find out. Anyways, even though the physical space is not the most accessible (and the Foxboro location has no accessibility), I voluntarily continue to chose Elliot Eye Care Norton for all my lens needs because of such great service. I've been there a total of 4 times and have never once had a bad experience. In fact, I look forward to going! They always make trying on the glasses feel like a fashion show!

I explained how I was struggling with my older progressive glasses while working at my computer. I told her what I needed to do to use them. She immediately knew what I needed. I couldn’t be more happy with my new prescription. AMAZING! I can see better than I ever have while working!!
